DISCLAIMER: We are not responsible for any foreign/country custom fees outside of the U.S.  Unfortunately the buyer/customer will be responsible for any custom fees if they should apply. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR OFFER REFUNDS. EXCHANGES ONLY.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR NUTRIM WAIST BUTT LIFTERS.  ALL BUTT LIFTER SALES WILL BE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

 

We accept exchanges up to 10 DAYS after the customer has received the purchased items. Any exchanges exceeding those 10 days are up to company discretion.  We will not accept exchanges of items that have been worn or damaged. Items must be sent back in the condition that it was sent. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE COST OF RETURN LABEL FOR THE ORIGINAL ITEM AND THE COST OF SHIPPING OUT A NEW ITEM FROM OUR FACILITY IN COLOMBIA.

STEP ONE: Purchase Shipping

DOMESTIC SHIPPING - US Only

 Please purchase shipping and handling fees at our website https://tinyurl.com/y826uagn Select US SHIPPING. This shipping fee covers the return label for your original item, and the shipping for your new item. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  Please purchase shipping and handling fees at our website https://tinyurl.com/y826uagn  This shipping fee only covers the cost of shipping out your new exchange item.  Because our system is unable to create mailing labels for international addresses, you will be responsible for mailing out the item through your own means. (We apologize for the inconvenience!)

STEP TWO: E-mail us at EXCHANGES@nutrimwaist.com

Please confirm with a NuTrim Waist Exchange Rep (exchanges@nutrimwaist.com) that you have purchased the shipping fee, and we will provide you with a return label via e-mail (US Customers only).  **PLEASE NOTE** You will NOT receive the return label until you have contacted us with your Order Number for the purchased shipping fee. The return label must be created automatically from our system. 

Please include what style and size trainer you will need. If you need help deciding on a size, let us know & we can help! You will also be sent our EXCHANGE FORM that will need to be included in your package.

STEP FOUR: REVIEW & RECEIVE!

4) Once you have shipped it back, and we have received it, your trainer will undergo a review process to ensure that the trainer was returned in the condition that it was sent. Once it has passed the review process, we will go ahead and send out your new trainer! You will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number once we have done so!
